How to Send your Shoes and UGGs by mail:

Fill out our Secure Order Form. Complete and Print TWO copies of the form - One for your records, and one to include with your order.

Please note: we will NOT charge your credit card until we receive and process your order! Please indicate on the order form if you want us to contact you with details before we process your order.

2. Send your Shoes and UGGs to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail

Pack your items in a box, include copy of the order form - and ship them to us, to the following address.

Please make sure to send your items via UPS or USPS Priority mail - as those methods include tracking number and minimum insurance. If  you need to include extra insurance, please inquire at the UPS or USPS service desk.

3. We will receive and process your order

Once we receive your items - we will process the order and concact you if we have any questions or if requested by customer (on the ordder form). Once processed - your items will be repaired and/or cleaned and on a way back to you - within 10 days. We will use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for all return packages. Once shipped, we will contact you with the tracking number.
